What is going to happen to NeoFur?

We are currently working through a transition plan, over the coming weeks/months we will gain more clarity—we will try to do this as quickly as possible and will communicate the long term plan here on our website, as well on our social handles.

Is my existing NeoFur license still valid?

Yes. All Personal, Indie and Pro licenses are still valid. Enterprise customers should reach out to neofur@neoglyphic.com to confirm based on your individual license.

Will you be working on new features and updates to NeoFur?

We are currently working through a transition plan, over the coming weeks/months we will gain more clarity. During that time, we will not be actively working on new features, however, we will aim to remain compatible with new engine versions during this time.

Is NeoFur still available?

Will you be available for technical/customer support?

I found a bug, where should I report it?

Our support site is still the best place to go for bug reports, technical documentation or other inquiries that do not need to be private.

I have a Personal license, but need to upgrade to a commercial license so I can ship my game, what should I do?
